Attending board members: Scott Raun, Delia Ihinger, Hershey Harris, Matt Strait (recording), Linda Lounsbury. == Introduction to new board members == We gave an introduction to Delia and Hershey. We reviewed meeting rules, and our incorporation, tax status. == Approve previous meeting's minutes == Sure, approved. == Review recurring task list == board-chat member list has been updated. It is administered by Scott and DD-B. board@ goes to Scott. We'll keep doing that. Scott: check with DD-B that he will keep being the board-chat backup admin. Probably don't need to change president address as Sharon is likely to continue. ASCAP has probably billed us. Scott and Linda will find the right piece of mail and take care of it. We've covered 8 high schools so far, most of the schools in Mpls and St Paul. We want to continue to prioritize authors of color, woman authors and local authors. We take suggestions from the librarians where we're donating. Shall we do middle schools this year? Yes.
